We are a start up company founded in July 2009 specializing in business proces modeling and information sharing for the criminal justice community and other private sector companies. Our objective is to meet with operational level staff and management within organizations which have a need to more effectively streamline and manage one or more of their business processes.

Obtained bachelor degree in criminal justice from Shippensburg University in 1995. Shortly thereafter, accepted a position as juvenile probation officer for the Court of Common Pleas, 60th Judicial District in Pike County, Pennsylvania. In 2002 earned a Masters Degree in the administration in juvenile justice through the Juvenile Court Judges Commission (JCJC) weekend program at Shippensurg University. Was honored by achieving the Anthony F. Ceddia award for outstanding shcolarship and academic achievement.
In 2001, was appointed Federal Probation Officer for the United States Middle District Court, Pennsylvania. After 8 months, accepted a position of Criminal Justice Coordinator for the Court of Common Pleas, Pike County, Pennsylvania. Over the next five years worked with local law enforcement agencies (Juvenile Probation, Adult Probation, Domestic Relations, Court of Common Pleas, District Attorney's Office, Correctional Facility, Sherrif, State and Local Police and Public Defender's Office) and other elected officials (County Commissioners, Treasurer, Clerk of Courts/Prothonotary) through the Criminal Justice Advisory Board (CJAB) to write, coordinate and implement five (5) technology grants that served the criminal justice community. In addition to local representation, acted as liason for Pike County with State Agencies in particular the Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET).
In 2007 accepted position with Computer Aid, Inc as Business Analyst. Using Intalio business process modeling software, modeled the business process for electronically filing criminal complaints to reduce redundant data entry for the Courts and identified other areas of information sharing within the process. Shortly thereafter, became involved with developing the user interface and given the title of subject matter expert and product specialist.
Current Projects
Working on criminal justice projects in Pennsylvania to model the electronic filing of criminal complaints and intermediate punishment supervision program from entry to discharge. Key forms used in these processes are Criminal Complaint, Pre-Sentence Investigation, Client Status Summary, Warrant, Detainer and Violation of Probation. In addition to modeling the process and streamlining the document creation and information sharing, work involves identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the projects.
Assisting WCI Telecommmunications with a proof of concept using Intalio CE and Orbeon xForms in monitoring trouble tickets, tasks and customer contacts.
In the process of working with auto dealership in deploying a front end sales system (CRM). First step involves beta testing Intalio Small Business Software as a Service (SaaS) release which will bundle CRM, Workflow, Social Portal, Web Office and other products for free up to five business users.
